Offer up a contest, with a $100.00 bill to the Technician with the most add ons from any one call.

Lets talk about committment....
Are you truly committed to your business?
Do you have a genuine caring for your employees?
Are you leading with a positive attitude?
Are you bullsh*tting your self with the reports, and hoping that it will get better?
Are there choices that you need to make and are not making them?
When you answer the above questions, ask yourself one more question. "are my actions in line with what I am answering?"
If the answer is no, then you are bullshotting your self, and you need to make the correction before your Team will.
That's the hard truth!

Watch your technicians numbers closely this week, school is back in most areas, some may have had a crappy weekend with the family, and added financial stress on the Technicians may be waying them down.
What can you do? Watch the numbers paying attention to their average sales, efficiency, and closing averages. Speak do those that close out lighter than normal, and do what you do best to motivate them and get them back into the game!
